Prior to the the passing of friend Amy "Pippi" Boyd in April of 2022, our founder has felt called to give those with metastatic breast cancer a voice. Over the years, more and more people close to her were diagnosed with metastatic cancer, an under represented population. The pressure mounted until the perfect solution was found. Welcome to Mighty & Metastatic, where we discuss facts and myths around the disease and touch on topics such as palliative care, hospice, living wills, expected death, and bucket lists. (Mighty & Metastatic was named by Kim Lusk, metastatic breast cancer warrior, bassist extraordinaire dubbed "The Goddess of Thunder" and original show host from January 2026-August 2026. Kim succumbed to metastatic breast cancer on September 9, 2026. We continue this show in her honor.)
